This is an excellent custom built RV and vehicle hauler combination. Like new Jayco RV that was a fifth wheel RV trailer now permanently mounted to the 2021 Load Trail tri axle 36' deck trailer, leaving 20' of deck for pickups, cars, racecars or side by sides etc. Up to 10,000 lbs. available for vehicles on the trailer deck part. It is 6' 10 1/2" wide between the fenders. The fenders are diamond plate steel and were built to be driven on if needed. The 2021 Load Trail 36' vehicle trailer that the Jayco RV is mounted onto has (3) X 7,000lb axles, an electric front jack, 2 rear jacks, storage under RV, 4 toolboxes and only has 2500 miles on it. The RV was owned by an older couple who hardly used it, was kept under cover, and it is like brand new. It was maintained yearly at their local RV dealership! It has a bathroom with toilet, shower and a sink. It has a New Queen bed, 2 new Flat screen TV's, a working awning. New propane tanks, hoses and regulator. Recently serviced A/C, heat, stove, refrigerator/freezer and everything works excellent. Unit comes with everything for setting up in an RV park or use as self contained RV. It comes with new sewer lines, water hose, electric cable, folding stairs, new barbecue, RV cover, etc. There is a custom Reese hitch on back of the RV bumper for use with a winch and has 12 Volt power there also. To much more to list. RV runs on 12 Volt (new battery ), AC or propane. I have a clean tile on the RV and a separate clean title for the Load trail so you can register however you want. It was built specifically to haul vehicles and is 100% ready to go. I have over $28,000 invested with out labor cost. It is 5 months old since finish built and we used it in a Florida RV park for 3 months. THE only reason for selling it is we SOLD the antique Willys pickup and bought a small house in Florida and no longer need it. Look online and see the prices of toy haulers and know that I have $28,000 building this. Since I built this the trailer and material prices have gone up more then 30% which means the same RV Hauler would cost you over $36,000 with out labor! NO TRADES! $27,500 OBO!!!
