New mattress, non smoking, service master cleaned. Vehicle is fresh and clean, and in excellent shape. Made for cold weather camping with extra insulation, heating, heat pads for tanks, and dual pane windows. Two air conditioners for cool escape in summer. Well maintained and winterized. Queen bed is full length (80"), not rv short. Sliding door pulls out to provide full privacy in bedroom.
RV is stored near Durham, NC.
I own this free and clear, so transfer to new owner will be easy.
