This is a converted toy hauler with only 42,500 miles!!! Has been converted for more sleeping capacity and living space but could easily be taken back to a toy hauler. The “master bedroom” has wall to wall carpet that is simply a removable rug and the trendy wallpaper is peel off! In 20 minutes it could be back to a garage for your toys! If you are a family, adults can have their own room with a door and put kiddos in the loft or make it into a bunk room for big kids and put adults up top, or take it back to the garage! So many options! The whole thing has been painted off white, the cabinets were painted professionally in builders grade white cabinet paint . The counters and bathroom vanity are exotic parota wood slab from Mexico, carpenter installed. Genuine hammered copper kitchen sink and vessel bathroom sink. Carpet throughout was removed and wood vinyl installed . New coach battery and house batteries! 2 working AC units, one is Bluetooth and brand new! Onan generator, 75 gal fresh water tank and 50/50 gray/black tanks make boondocking a breeze. So much storage with cabinetry throughout the main cabin, in the loft and in the garage. We lived in this gem off and on for a few years of glamping so it does have some wear normal for it’s age. There are some stains in the carpet in the coach, some scratches in the wood vinyl from the slide, the original back up camera does not work but could easily be replaced for a new model. Also has a All- terrain Falcon brand towing kit which made hauling the jeep easy! Overall, an awesome remodeled tiny house perfect for full time tiny house living or trips in luxury ! Now here is the part where you get a great deal because of a minor oopsies! I backed into a small fence post and busted the back corner piece (see pictures). The company that makes that specific piece went out of business and therefore the part either needs to be salvaged or custom made. We chose to see it as ‘character’ and are now selling ‘as is’ since the rig is still completely functional and nothing a little white duct tape can’t fix …. Because of the minor damage we have priced well below the competition.
