This RV has very minimal usage and is in extremely good and clean condition (see photos). The Body is aluminum with fiberglass sidewalls. This model has an outdoor kitchen that is large with cabinet, sink and refrigerator. There is a 49 gallon fresh tank, 70 gallon gray tank, and 35 gallon black tank. 2 20 gallon propane tanks, 1 20 foot awning and a power slideout. Kitchen has a gas stove and gas cook top (neither have been used). Vinyl flooring with carpeted dining and sofa area. Electric Refrigerator. The toilet is Porcelain, with a shower in the bathroom. The wheels (2 axles) are aluminum with 1 mounted spare tire. This unit has 1 15000 BTU automatic air conditioning unit. The unit is pre-wired with cable and a TV antenna. Includes a Furion back up camera. There is a propane heater and electric heater in the unit. Entertainment includes an installed Radio with indoor and outdoor speakers, living area mount for up to a 36" TV, mounted DVD player, and a bedroom/ outdoor TV mount. The bed has been upgraded with a full-size queen mattress.
