We originally drove this motorhome cross country and lived in it full time until we bought a home in SC. Looking to get it sold. We are the 2nd owner. First owners had the motorhome stored in a fully enclosed garage when not in use. We currently have it stored with covered parking. It had a water leak in the front of the camper that we had repaired. Replaced roof seals at joints and fully resealed the roof. It gets great gas mileage for a motorhome and has a Ford E-450 Engine.

Very easy to drive,no special drivers license required, drives a bit like a large van. Able to haul car or toys, hitch is installed. Has a rear camera that can be left on while driving to monitor towing. With 2 slide outs in the main living area and an additional bedroom slide out it gives an incredible amount of space for a 31' motorhome.

Seating for 4 adults at the main table. There is another table that can be put in front of and runs the length of the couch with seating for up to 3 adults. Seatbelts for 9 including the driver and passenger up front. It gives a good amount of space for a walkway with slides in. 4 seatbelts around the kitchen table and 3 for the couch. The table in front of the couch is easy to set up; it comes with 2 round metal poles that fit into spaces in front of the couch and a hard tabletop. Kitchen table slides down to fold into a bed and the couch pulls out for another sleeping space as well that can fit 2 adults. With the amount of space in the living room you can have both beds folded down and fit a person or two on the floor with blankets or sleeping bags. Water heater recently serviced. It's ready to hit the road!

It has an onboard generator that you can turn on with the flick of a switch. Duct AC and heat throughout for ultimate comfort through the elements. Gas cook top and microwave oven. Fridge will run with either electricity or propane. On board propane tank. This is a very comfortable motorhome with enough space to live in and great for off grid living, extended camping, long stays or weekend camping trips. Flat screen tv in main living area and another flat screen tv on a stand in the cupboard in the bedroom.
