This upscale motorhome was bought by the existing owner in 2007 to enjoy the Florida sunshine during the long Michigan winters. Other than the Florida trips it has seen very little use. While in Florida the owner rented a facility that included concrete pads under MH, separate entertaining living quarters to minimize the use of MH. While the unit was in Michigan it was stored inside for protection from the elements plus the need to winterize was non-existent for the life of the coach. His wife was handicapped so a lift was installed at a cost of 5000 USD and can be purchased with the MH if needed for 2000. Also, a blue OX tow bar system was installed to tow his caddy which is also an option available for an additional price. The unit has been upgraded as required during ownership and the microwave and refrigerator were replaced two years ago. The cooktop and the washer-dryer have never been used, there are three TVs 2 inside one out. The tires are 4 years old and are Michelin’s. This unit has been little trouble over its use by the owner and is still in excellent shape thus showing the care it has received.
