Like new condition. Bunk tri fold sofa replaced with a standard 3/4 size bed 42/75 that is made up all the time. Slide closes with no problem. All equipment to start camping. 2 batteries , second one with inverter to run camp kitchen frig. to keep it cold going down road, otherwise it gets warm when you stop for the night. Solar panel keeps both batteries charged! 12v frig. best on market! 2 20 lb. propane tanks. Two AC's , furnace, Electric and propane water heater . 3 burner cook stove with oven (never used). 2 burner stove in camp kitchen , minni frig. and sink with hot and cold water. City water and 12 v. pump.Sway hitch , 40' sewer hose , water line pressure regularter( the good kind) not the one that comes with the water filter, new never used water filter, X brace inbetween wheel chocks, Lots of dog bones to hook up to whatever electric service the camp site would have. Like I said everything works like it should. Clean title, ready to hit the road!!!!
