Like new used one trip and then we realized it was too small for our needs. We did a few upgrades on it before our first trip like adding snap pads on the jack legs, having Newmar wire it for wired eithernet, adding a pressure tank in the water supply system and a few other things. It has great power for a gas engine! The 7.3L Ford engine is a big block and even towning our 6,400 lb car (with trailer) had no issues even going up smaller hills and passed every truck on the way up the hills. They used to put in a Triton V10 which had much less power than the big block and the big block is much more reliable!

Huge spacious living room when both slides are out! Lots of room also when slides are in for traveling!

We live in Naples and have it stored in our climate controlled shop in south Naples off of 41 on the way out of town to the East about 4 miles from the intersection of Collier Blvd and 41.

We are selling it because it is too small for our needs and we found Newell coach (45' Class A that now sell for 2.6 million new) and bought a 2011 that was about the same price as a new Newmar London Aire and we like the Newell better!
