This is 2019 Road warrior RW427. This is a very clean unit and only used about 4-5 times a year for short towing (average 2-3 hours towing) for 3 nights each time. We purchased brand new in 8/18 as a 2019 model. Camper has been very well taken care of and wiped down before and after each trip, also professionally waxed once a year and washed frequently. No kids, no pets, no smoking in camper. NEVER BEEN POOPED IN! We use the bath houses whenever we camp. 44ft triple axle toy hauler with 12.5ft garage. Bath and a half. Full bath in living area and half bath in the toy hauler. 3 a/c units. Electric fireplace, 2 30lb propane tanks. Auto level system with snap pads on jacks. Pictures pretty much sum it up. This is a great camper and we have had a great time in the short time we have used it. We purchased a new boat and found that boating fits our schedule better then camping does. We are including ALL camping accessories and hook ups with the camper. 50 amp surge protector, all sewer pipes and adaptors, water hoses, wheel chocks, mats, literally everything needed to go camping.
