RARE BATH AND A HALF, beautifully kept and maintained, perfect size RV! This has a HYDRAULIC AUTO LEVELING SYSTEM, and an AUTO GENERATOR START . The SOLID SURFACE counter tops are extremely spacious and great for meal preparation. The refrigerator/freezer is really nice and big. There is a hook up for a washer/dryer combo, and is equipped with 2 A/C's. The living space is large and open, with a sofa, dinette, and a recliner. The sofa makes in to a queen bed with room to walk around it. There are 3 TV's throughout the RV. The KING BED slides out to make the bedroom comfortable. The wardrobe has several feet of hanging space, plus several drawers for guests if needed. The exterior has beautiful, FULL BODY PAINT. There is an ARTIC PACK to help keep the water lines from freezing when you are in the cold weather. The outside has been washed and waxed regularly. There are no scratches or dents. It is in great shape. One issue- the front bumper has some peeling that will be an easy fix, just haven't gotten it done. It is shown in the photos. There are rear vision and side view cameras to assist with lane changes and parking. The tires are in great shape. The storage area underneath is huge. The awning is nice and big enough for a group. The kitchen window is convenient as it looks out in to the camp space under the awning. The bath and 1/2 makes traveling with a family or guests a real pleasure! Both bathrooms have absolutely BEAUTIFUL GLASS SINKS. They are easy to keep clean, and really elevate the look and the feel of the RV. There are 2 SLIDE OUTS. The big one opens the living space up, making it very spacious and easy to move around inside. There is a nice convection oven/microwave so you don't have to heat up the RV to bake. There is also a traditional gas oven. There are massive amounts of storage under this RV. This runs great and has been very will taken care of. This is a joy to travel in. Big enough to make memories with the family, but not so big that you have a challenge finding RV spaces. We are happy to answer any questions you may have. It's hard to give it this up, but we are looking at some lifestyle changes, and this seems like the right decision for now. It has all the best amenities, and just enough years on it to make it a great price. You will enjoy this RV as much as we have!
