2nd owner. Bought used in 2018 and meticulously maintained. Attempting to sell to take break but no hurry. We have enjoyed everything our RV has and have used it as often as possible. We have traveled from Maine to Key West FL, to Texas, and Arizona. We have had no issues with this RV that have required any servicing. I mention this because a good used RV means that all issues have surfaced and been fixed which can be a concern when buying an RV out of warranty. (The Storage Lot has a service Dept that will do a used buyers inspection for about $500). I do have an extended warranty that may be transferable. We have a 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited that we have towed without issue. (Towing bar not included). The motorhome has a lien with USAA, so we must get our banks involved in the sale. Currently stored in Prince William County, VA at Holly Acres and the storage spot can be transferred (This county does not have a personal property tax). Can show the RV if you are serious about purchasing. Just de-winterized it and replaced all 4 house batteries 14 May22.  So, what are the issues I have: 1.  Outside radio/DVD player not working. Will be replaced with a normal Bluetooth radio as DVDs are not needed anymore IMO. 2. The faux leather furniture is starting to wear in spots on the couch. It is cosmetic and a known issue with RV’s furniture of this type. (Not covered by Extended Warranty) 3. A couple of the floor tiles have cracks. Not impacting the floor and the cracks are barely noticeable. I have spare tiles but not replacing them since it is not a big issue. Some of my upgrades: 1. Front table was just added 2. Main TV upgraded from 40in to 49in smart tv 3. Bedroom TV upgraded from 20in to 32in smart tv
