This is an exceptionally clean 2021 Tiffin Motorhome RED 37PA that is kept indoors and pluged in when not in use. This coach has been a sweetheart but we desire to upgrade to a bit larger rig in preparation for the wife’s retirement. This rig has 9781 miles on the odometer and has received its 6 and 12 month chassis and engine services from the Freightliner location in Pensacola, Fl. The 8K HDKAK Cummins generator has been serviced as per the manual and has 217.5 hrs.

The exterior is Waterfall G3 full body paint, the interior is Urban Putty, Cabinets are Amber Glazed Classic, and the floor is Vicinity Tile. Custom steps, floor, and dashboard coverings made by Trevor Nichols in Red Bay, Alabama will convey with the coach as well as scatter rugs produced from matching carpet procured from the Tiffin factory. There are 3 AC units: 15K BTU heat pump units in front and rear and 13.5 K BTU in the center. Heat and hot water are provided by a 250D Aquahot; no propane. An in-motion satelite dish feeds four 1080p televisions. Coach has a Furrion dishwasher, stacked Splendide washer/dryer, and residential refrigerator with an ice maker. This rig also has a stainless convection microwave with and induction cooktop. A king size memory foam mattress is in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa is located in the living area. The factory installed Girard awnings and slide toppers have had a break in adjustment at the Girard facility in Red Bay. A solar panel with its controller are amongst many standards and options. The 37PA mid bath floor plan allows easy access while on the road. Options and standards are numerous. Will provide the build sheet upon request.

It will be hard to find a Tiffin RED that is more "fussed over". It'll be hard to find a cleaner and better maintained 37PA. Take note of the roof photo above. We have all the service records and original manuals and equipment info. Wheel covers, a spare set of new windshield wipers, a fresh unused Dish Wally receiver, and an extra factory bedspread from Lindsay and Winchester will also be included.
