PRISTINE condition. we bought this rig spring 2021 with the intentions of using it more however life happens and unfortunately we have discovered that we aren't able to use it as much as we had hoped. lots of room with all the bells and whistles. Includes water filter, two AC units, back up camera system and more! we spared no expense on the trailer and would love to pass it on to another family who loves adventure, too! must see to appreciate. bunk room sleeps 4-5 and has an in suite half bathroom. the bunk room has lots of storage and cable ready tv hook ups. common area includes convertible sofa sleeper and dinette. lots of cabinets and drawers for storage. electrical fireplace with space heater built in under the smart tv system and includes stereo system with DVD player and speaker zone designation system. the indoor kitchen is well equipped with a nice sized fridge, 3 burner gas stove and oven. double sided sink. ceiling fan and modern ac/heater thermostat.master bedroom includes a queen bed with Tempurpedic mattress pad. Lots of storage!!! closet with mirrored doors. Master bedroom has its own AC Unit to make sure it stays nice and cool in summer months. Master bathroom has good sized shower with watermeiser system and sliding "glass" doors. lots of storage in there as well. Control panel has all your buttons to check your tank levels (2 black, two grey, one fresh), battery levels, control all your slide outs, awnings and lights. connect to this panel via WERV app and control from your phone or tablet. WIFI extender is also turned on on this panel. the exterior offers lots of amenities as well including an outdoor kitchen with stove and flat griddle, smart TV, more storage and an outdoor shower. MUST SEE.
