I bought this RV brand new and have been living in it for around 6 months. It is in excellent condition inside and out. I bought a brand new AC unit for the bedroom to stay cool in the summer. I also bought a brand new comfortable bed for it. I thought I was going to be living out of it for a good while however plans have changed and I am purchasing a house. No need for an RV anymore. Basically a brand new RV with almost no wear and tear.
