We both work from home, so we had a very hard time finding any 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath unit.but where the bedroom could easily double as an office too. We're both on the phone throughout the day so we needed separate work spaces, and it's the ONLY one in this price range that I could find where the second bedroom worked perfectly as an office AND there was both a separate entrance & bath which we wanted.
