This is a pre-market sell (i.e. available "as-is"). I say pre-market because we are currently working on it. All the details are listed below.

We remodeled the RV, making the front bedroom our kids room and the back toy hauler space our bedroom. Additionally, in the half bathroom in the toy hauler area we removed the toilet and used it for the cat litter box/closet space. A toilet can easily be reinstalled if that’s what you would like instead. I will continue to post pictures as it is cleaned and updated.

The current price represents an “as-is” selling price (NON-NEGOTIABLE). I am in no rush to sell and am planning to get it back to 100% working order; the price will continue to increase to reflect the repairs.
