Single owner bought brand new off the lot in 2015. Used for family camping trips and deer lease trips.
Our boys have outgrown camping so we are looking to downsize. Everything works 2 cold ACs and warm
furnace with ducted system, shower with seat, extra bed under the sofa, water heater with gas and electric.
Plenty of storage throughout: closets, bathroom, kitchen and belly. 2 black and 2 gray tanks make it easy
to empty what's needed. Slide toppers and 4 season package with enclosed underbelly and enclosed outdoor shower,
tank flush and water intake. Power awning with lights on the outer edge. The only missing feature is the air antenna
for the TV. A neighborhood tree branch decided it need the antenna more than we did. Has been maintained and taken care of.
New tires as of 2018 that have less than 500 miles on them. It has sat in covered storage for the last 4 years and only
been on 3 camping trips. We did have a blow out years ago so there is some cosmetic dents on the ODS fender.
Have all paperwork for all appliances and systems in the trailer.
