Lightly used, traditional travel trailer built right, none of that aluminum construction that makes trailers cheaper, lighter, and less insulated. Fully insulated, including the underbelly. Only reason for selling is because we bought a 5th Wheel for more space. Everything works on this trailer, and interior is like new, all original. Tires are about a year old, water lines and tanks are winterized right now. We have had the trailer in covered storage when not using, and we are the second owners, and the first owners had a garage for it. Currently it is parked in an RV park in Huntsville, TX so we can show it, plug into power, test water (though it is winterized), air, heat. etc. Yes it is a 10 year old camper, but you would be really surprised at the condition it is in. It tows straight, and we are including extras we do not need to start your camping adventure off right. Anti-sway/Load-Balance hitch is included, stabilizer blocks are included, extra LED lights are included (Yes the entire trailer is LED lit). I believe both Propane tanks are full and ready to go. Also have step stabilizers in the front storage of it to help with trailer movement when going in and out of the trailer. LED lights under awning to light up the area. 2x 32" smart TVs included, and mounted. There is a spare wheel cover, and a mobile sewer tote strapped to the back for non-full connection sites. The stinky slinky is in the bumper as well, it is newer, but used. Being completely honest, about a month ago we left the awning out during a rain storm while cleaning it up, and the original awning broke. We will be replacing the awing with a brand new one for the full 14999k, otherwise we will sell it for 13999k without the awning. Clean title in hand.
