Excellent Condition – slight bend in rear ladder where I bumped a light pole -oops. With the slides closed, you can easily get to the bathroom and bedroom. Very useful for those sketchy gas station stops. Large windows offer great views of sunrise / sunsets (yes, I took that photo on our first camping trip). Theater Seating with heat, massage and ambient lighting. Sofa is a fold out hide a bed - queen size, surprisingly comfy. Opposing slides create a huge living space, pictures do not do it justice. Kitchen island with deep farmhouse sink and drawers. Lots of cabinet and drawer storage. Refrigerator runs on electric or propane. On Demand hot water heater runs on electric or propane or both – gets hot quick. True queen size bed, 60x80. Shower is roomy for an RV. Shower head is on a hose and mounts higher than my 6' height. Fireplace is not only attractive to watch, but you can also turn on electric heat. Great for taking the edge off without using propane furnace. Vinyl floor in living and bath, carpet in bedroom and under dining table. Dining table has 2 chairs on one side. The moveable bench seat on the other side doubles as storage and ottoman for sofa. Outdoor TV, speakers and beverage fridge. Bluetooth audio system with DVD player, plays inside and/or outside. Lippert Turning Point pin box locks the king pin and moves the pivot point 22 inches to the rear. This creates extra clearance so that you do not need a sliding hitch on short bed trucks - mine is 6 3/4' and I have had it almost 90 degrees. Lippert One Control mobile app - control lights, awning, slides, auto leveling and tire pressure monitor from your phone. Remote backup camera with 7-inch display in truck. Remote in cab tire pressure monitor - alert. Towable with a properly equipped 1500 class truck, I use an F-250. No-Smoking, No pets. Very little cooking inside. Still smells new. All manuals. Still under manufacturer's warranty. 6-year Extended warranty is transferable. (good until April 2027).
