All the bells and whistles that the 8801 comes with ie: side and rear awning, 11000btu AC, Hi Gloss Grey exterior, MESA Maple cabinets, Queen Bed, Stove/oven, sink, refrigerator, full wet bath. Electric wireless jacks. This unit has the coveted jackknife sofa unit with removable dining table. UNIT IS BRAND NEW, we purchased last spring from Avalon RV in Ohio and drove it to our house in Lakeville PA. Never used, not once. Our plans have changed and now must sell. Includes new pair of Rieco Titan stable stix as well. Unit may be stored on my property until convenient to pick up.
