The RV has had very few issues in the three years we've owned it. There is no water damage as interior and exterior are in good condition. The only main issue we've had is the microwave quit working in the past few months. It's not been replaced yet as the new owners can choose what type of microwave they'd like. Otherwise, everything is in working order and ready for the next owner. The RV has been serviced yearly, including the roof and wheel bearings, at the RV dealer where it was purchased.
