This single-owner trailer is in very good condition with no leaks or water damage and includes the following after-market upgrades/enhancements:

º Converted to Tankless Hot Water Heater (2022)
º New tires (2020)
º New Battery (2021)

Length is 25' 6" with a dry weight of ~4200 lbs.

The only known issues are:
º TV Antenna needs replacement (lost returning from last trip)
º Electric Awning has mildew stains (typical)
