A well cared for camper. Meticulously kept with the interior in like new condition. The queen foldouts have heated mattresses, the couch foldout has an air mattress with included pump. The kitchen and living area are spacious and boast an island where the kitchen sink is located. The couch is faux leather and is peeling. This is a known problem that you can read about online. We covered it with a blanket when in use and now commercial covers are widely available. The tents are in good condition and do not leak. The A/C works great! We often camped in Florida during the summer months and still needed blankets at night. I am happy to provide any pictures you'd like, just ask!

I will include the load distribution hitch with the camper, new it's $800. Also included is a camper cover.
