In the fall of 2020 we added the upgraded steps, replaced older ac unit, has two ac units, roof sealed and caulked, all work done at RV service center. Inside in great shape, two blinds need some work, lots of storage and has 1 1/2 baths. On the outside the decals are coming off and one scissor jack needs to be replaced. Slide out toppers replaced at the same time, has three slide outs. Two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths
