This is a great used 5th wheel camper. Absolutely perfect for a large family. The layout is amazing with 4 bunks in the back and a separate bedroom up front. The bathroom is to the rear of the camper so the kids aren't waking you up in the middle of the night. The dinette expands to seat 6 people, I personally have never seen this in any other camper. Camper is made to sleep 10 comfortably which we have done. Tons of Storage! All the bunks in the rear bunk room fold up for storage. I have been able to fit 2 10.5 foot kayaks inside without a problem. Everything works and is camping ready. Just add your stuff. Tires are 2 year old Goodyear Marathons. Camper is 36' long. Empty weight is 9,500. As the camper sits it weighs 11,500. I did pull it with a 2002 GMC Sierra 2500HD and now I am pulling it with a 2016 GMC Sierra 2500HD. Camper pulls great!
