We purchased this new coach on Jan 20, 2021. We drove it down to Key West for February, then drove it home to Michigan. During the year we went to various campgrounds in Michigan, took it to the Spartan Service center in Charlotte, MI for some warranty work and recalls. We also took it to Nappanee, IN so Newmar could correct the list of small warranty items. This coach is now "bug" free. All of the small manufacturing wrinkles have been "ironed" out. We would love to continue traveling around this great country in this coach, however, we have decided to build a house in Florida. Unfortunately, we cannot afford both. This is why we are reluctantly selling our "baby". My wife and I are the only ones to have used this coach. We are not smokers or drinkers. We have no pets. The coach has been stored at our home in Michigan. It has always been plugged into a 50 amp service. We are currently staying at the Tides RV resort in Palmetto, Florida until Feb 24, 2022. Then we will travel back to Michigan. This coach has been waxed twice, even the roof. I serviced the generator at 80 hours. The generator currently has 99 hours on it. This coach will come with a retractable 15' ladder, a water softener, a two-way water filter with extra filters, a weboost wifi booster with a removable antenna, a Southwire 50 amp Surgeguard protector, extra 50 amp extension cord, a Cummins service kit, and a bunch of extra items. I had Spartan install larger Bilstein shocks on the front end to stop the bouncing when going over bumps in the road. I also installed LED headlights and turn signals. Now you can actually see the road when driving at night. I also installed " Centramatic wheel balancers". It helps smooth out the ride. With these balancers and the "Comfort Drive", this coach rides really nice. For a list of standard features, please look at Newmar.com. Our 2020 Chevy Equinox is also for sale. It is a Premier with 11,000 miles. It has the Air Force One braking system with a Blue Ox tow bar installed.
