There are beds for 5, plus an additional 4 if you fold down the u-shaped dinette with removable ottoman, and open the bunkhouse sofa! The kids will have their choice between the three bunk beds in their own bunkhouse! The cook in the family has the choice to cook inside, or outdoors using the outside kitchen. There is a 32" LED TV with swing arm, a walk-through bath, and much more to enjoy with your whole family!

We have absolutely loved our trailer and have made so many memories, but it's time to let another family use it make their own! The flexibility of this trailer is awesome. The rear bunkhouse has a sliding door that allows the kids to have their own space as well as go to sleep before the adults go to bed. The dual slides give plenty of room to move around and comfortably relax while watching TV in either of the two heated recliners with massage. :) When it's time to call it a night, you will sleep comfortably in the master bedroom, which has it's own entry door should you need to enter/exit in the middle of the night while others in group are sleeping.

A couple of notes:
* We have removed the microwave from the outside kitchen to create more storage. We never used it and the extra space outside has been helpful.
* Full Transparency: A tree jumped out at me when I was putting the trailer on the side of the house. No structural damage, but it did create a slight tear in the roof membrane. I immediately covered it with Eternabond Roof Tape and there has been absolutely no water intrusion or other issues. I'm happy to provide pictures or more info.

Terms: We have a loan through US Bank. In order to protect both parties, we can meet at the bank for payment and transfer of funds, title, and additional paperwork as needed.

Delivery: After payment is finalized, I will gladly deliver this trailer within a 60 mile radius of Yorba Linda, CA. If you'd like it taken further, I'm happy to consider.
