• AC’s - both sealed with reflectix and AC duct tape (dramatically reduced AC volume and improved output and airflow)
• Shower doors removed (all parts available to re-install)
• Strong Arm reinforcements on front leveling arms
• Recliners removed, replaced with couch for more seating
• ½ dinette removed (to allow room for couch) - ottomans used for seating (and also function as footrests, and stepstools for kiddos!)
  
  Our family of 6 spent a year in this unit, traveling the country full time. 2 adults, 4 kids, and 2 short-haired dogs Non-smokers, always used toxin and fragrance-free products. We are the second owners; purchased it nearly brand new after the previous owner had only used it 8 times and less than 500 miles. Estimated total mileage: 20,000**Two important notes: - The electric fireplace is not working. Grand Design no longer makes this unit. Replacement fireplaces are typically anywhere from $250-$400- The cushions on the bunkhouse couch are starting to show wear and tear. It's only cosmetic, the couch is still functional & comfortable.
