Welcome to your new home away from home. This is an absolutely stunning and efficient floorplan with all the creature comforts you demand. This is a very popular floorplan by Jayco. She isn't so large that she's difficult to maneuver, but she's not small enough to feel crammed. We are relocating to the Midwest and unable to bring our second home with us. We are very sad! We have only traveled with her in Florida in the time we spent with her, but camped in her for weeks at a time on the Gulf Coast. She only has a low 33,000 miles with new front tires, and good rear tires. She's ready for you to take her anywhere. When you walk in your front door you'll be greeted to a nice open living, dining, and kitchen space made possible to two opposing slideouts. Enjoy a nice movie or TV from the couch, or cockpit chairs via a retractable TV that you can hide when not in use. The TV audio can be heard through all four in ceiling speakers if you choose. The kitchen has plenty of space including an additional counter slideout when extra cooking space is needed. The kitchen also has a residential size microwave and double door fridge with ice maker and gas stove. Walking down a short hallway you enter the seperate bedroom with full mirrored vanity closet and queen size bed. Jayco crammed a lot of storage space in the room. There is an additional TV mounted in the bedroom. Between the bedroom and living space is a full stand up shower with shelves for toiletries and plenty of space and some left over for an average sized adult. Opposite of that you have a bathroom with sink and vanity. Outside you can watch the sunset under the awning AND enjoy a movie or ball game on the THIRD exterior mounted TV! But if watching TV while camping isn't your thing, you'll have plenty of storage for all of your extracurricular activities. She is loaded with storage bins up and down and on both sides of her. She's truly been a gem. The only thing she has needed in over a year is a new battery. We are sure going to miss her! She does have a lien and which may slightly delay title transfer pending payoff. May entertain loan transfer for qualified individuals and bank approval.
