Almost new Nest!

This sweet travel trailer was my dwelling in visits to my 87 year old mother's home during the pandemic. It has only lived in this one location. I stayed in it about a week at a time, once a month, between June 2020 and June 2021 but have used it very little since then.

She’s had very little mileage (the trailer, that is)--and has only been on the road between the dealer and my mom’s home--a couple round trips of about 60 miles each. She comes with original pillows and comforter. The Tuft & Needle mattress is super comfy.

We've added the recommended weight distribution hitch which will transfer. We've added the recommended electronic braking system which maybe can transfer (as long as I can figure out how to remove it from my truck. :-/ I am not sure what is involved, but will explore this when I next visit).

Water supply hose, electrical power cord and drain pipe all transfer, as do wheel chocks, leveling blocks and fire extinguisher.

Still under limited warranty, until June 30, 2023. There is one recall item on the hitch still that needs to be done. My limited trips down have made this hard to do, but the part can be ordered and installed without cost, is my understanding. One item of note: there is a cabinet door latch that needs to be replaced--I am working now to repair this.

I am not a smoker, and so this Nest is smoke free.

I am in Austin once a month and can arrange to show it on those trips. I am currently in Austin thru about February 26, and can give live tours or I virtual tours via FaceTime. They'll have to be scheduled since I work full time, but luckily I work close to home.
