Perfect "couple's coach". Double entry allows full kitchen and bathroom use during short stops or overnight dry-camping without fully opening slide. We preferred a table and chairs vs dinette so we removed the dinette. The factory dinette, which converts into a child's bed, will be provided to the buyer. Items upgraded when purchased include: Second television in the bedroom (ceiling mount, fold down), 15K BTU Dometic A/C, CAMCO vent covers, two 12v deep cycle "wet" batteries, two 30lb LP gas tanks.
The kitchen area incldes a three-burner stove w/oven and vented hood, microwave and a 2-way refrigerator (electric/LP gas). There is ample counter space adjacent to the stove and sink and storage above counter and sink. There is some space below the sink for "light" storage (size limited due to drains).
The sofa, storage above the sofa and a large "hang-up" closet are in the slideout but the kitchen and dining area can be used when the slide is in. The four drawers adjacent to the oven are full-depth. And more storage below the refrigerator as well. The bathroom layout is the best I have seen in travel trailers this size and price-range. A ceramic toilet, stainless sink w/storage underneath and mirrored medicine cabinet are nice touches. An enclosed linen closet w/several shelves tops it off.
The bedroom has a "real" queen sized bed with a 60"x80" (not RV type) mattress. The foot of the bed lifts up for yet another storage area. There is a closet and shelf adjacent to the bed on the "passenger side" and a shelf on the other. There is also a storage area above the bed. We removed the doors to use baskets after our first long excursion. The original doors and panels will be provided but, sorry, we're keeping the baskets.
All windows except for the small one on the slide are tilt-out (jalousie style) windows allowing for the windows to be opened in all but the most severe rainfall. The cross breezes are refreshing. All have pull-down shades.
This listing originally was priced to include all RVing equipment I purchased to be safe on the road and be ready to stay in virtually any camping situation for at least a few days.
