We are the original owners of this motorhome, which has taken us on wonderful trips out west, around the Great Lakes, the Northeast and across Canada. It has served as comfortable guest quarters while visiting friends and family. We are non-smokers and have no pets. We have stored it in Florida each winter so it has never seen snow or ice. We have maintained it regularly at authorized Mercedes Benz service centers and all systems are in good order. It has never been in an accident and has no leaks.

The exterior has full body paint, rear hydraulic stabilizer jacks, vent covers and 60 Watt solar panels on the roof, an electric awning, and a Blue Ox tow bar with rock guard protector. It is tow-rated for up to 5,000 lbs. The diesel engine averages up to 15 MPG, much better than gasoline. We have replaced the tires and the batteries.

There is a back-up camera, a brand new upgraded Sirius radio/GPS device with RV navigation program, and surround sound speakers with subwoofer. There are custom interior Euro blinds in the cab and Skeeter Beater bug screens for the cab side windows.

The cabinetry is maple. The original upholstery has been replaced. Multiple wall hooks are located throughout. The shower stall has a wall-mounted liquid soap/shampoo/lotion dispenser.

There is a large platform bed/storage area above the cab accessible by ladder, with wiring and mount for a TV. The dinette area slides out and converts to a double bed. The queen bed in the rear slide-out is accessible from both sides. The mattress is comfortable and in good condition. A flat screen TV is mounted on the bedroom wall. There is a pull-out privacy screen dividing the bedroom from the front area.

It is equipped with an Onan LP generator, inverter, propane furnace, and 15 BTU A/C with heat pump. The galley has a 3-burner propane cooktop, convection/microwave stove, and large wood paneled refrigerator with separate freezer. There are plenty of storage lockers throughout, including a large cedar-lined hanging wardrobe.

We are interested in selling, at additional cost as a package deal, our 2017 white Honda Fit tow vehicle with manual transmission, equipped for towing and with LeBra front end cover protectors. It has 5,000+ miles, new tires, and is in good condition.
