Our motorhome stays under a shelter at all times.  It has brand new tires that were put on in July.  It is kept clean and maintained. Tons of storage inside and out. We are selling it because our kids are grown and we never use it anymore.  If you are interested, you can also purchase everything that goes with it for $750 including bedding, dishes, pots and pans, sewer and septic items, chairs and grills etc.
It has an Onan generator, full size bed above the cab, and standard queen size mattress in the MBR.
