Selling our 2021 Forest River Cedar Creek Champagne 38EKS. This model is nearly impossible to find (we bought ours last year at the Tampa RV show and it was one of only 4 in existence at the time). It's a gorgeous, full body paint unit and we have absolutely loved it. Super unique floorplan and in terms of RVs (we've had four now), Cedar Creek makes a quality product.

We swapped the side couches and removed one, but you can put the pull out sofa couch back in the slideout, leaving the other side open, which is ideal for a residential loveseat, desk, chairs or anything else you'd like.

Also installed a combo washer/dryer and the bathroom has two separate sinks instead of the one shown in the photo.
