This was a prototype based on military trailers, constructed of solid aluminum, and has a lifetime warranty. Can be used with 30 amp hookup, 110 V, or generator (not included) power. Has a queen bed platform and fold down twin bed, table and chairs, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen sink with telescoping sprayer, macerator toilet, shower, overhead TV (not included) mount, and single heat/AC unit. Amazing well built trailer but unable to use as planned, so decided to sell. Total length is 16 feet, to include hitch.
