A perfect couples trailer ready to hit the road with all amenities included. I searched for the perfect trailer for years and settled on this model of this brand for a variety of reasons. Lance has always been known as a quality RV manufacture but they were bought in 2018 and I have heard some issues with build quality since then. This trailer was manufactured before they were bought. It is the perfect size for a couple but can sleep four. I purchased this from a man who bought it new and stored it for two years without being able to use it because his wife came down with an illness. I bought it and did not have a way to even tow it at the start of the pandemic in April 2020. I subsequently stored it inside for a year till May 2021. I finally took it on a few trips with my daughter in the summer of 2021 and then married in September. My new wife is not enthusiastic about the Rv lifestyle. With regret I have decided to sell the RV even though I love it. While using it I always knew it might be a temporary situation so we took very good care-to use the campground facility. it has not even been pooped in. The RV is complete with all bedding towels kitchen utensils and all RV accessories. I added a memory foam topper to the queen mattress and I also have a small memory foam topper for the dinette to make it more comfortable for sleeping. I changed the showerhead and added lights in the closets. The RV comes with a complete outdoor cook set and a rug and chairs. The list of accessories for the RV itself includes all extra extension cords and hoses and sewer accessories. Water pressure indicators and tire pressure indicators and surge protectors and adapters. Too many to list as I spent the entire year of having it in storage just buying accessories for it. I have a cover for it that has not even been opened and even a portable two-man kayak if you would like to have it that I will include. Of course all towing accessories are included and a back up camera with monitor, extension mirrors for your vehicle, everything. Even a portable tire pump and leveling blocks. I replaced the batteries with new AGM batteries. I also installed a softstart to enable using the ac on a generator. I installed a cover on the roof over the main fan so it can be used in rain. One thing that does not work is the electric tongue jack. It was brand new but now only works intermittently so it will have to be replaced. Other than that you won’t have to spend a dime to take it out.
