Does it run and everything working? YES! RV is in GREAT condition.
Date on tires? 5/2017 You will want to replace this year or beginning of next. You can put quality of tires you want. If you want us to replace we can but then will add that cost to the price.
Does the roof leak? NO, again this RV has been well cared for.
Does the roof need re-sealed and clear coated? Yes, I have reduced the price to reflect this work however, if you wish to purchase I can have this done and increase the price of the RV.
Hours on the generator? 480 hours
Does it have solar panels? It has a single panel to trickle charge the batteries. Batteries were all replaced last year.
Do you have a clear title on the RV? Yes, my wife and I own it right out and have the title in hand.
Why are you selling? We are NOT selling because we need the $$. We are selling because my wifes mother went into Hospice and flying out of state often. Also our granddaugher has a major medical issue and are babysitting other grands quite often while she is in the hospital and doctors appoints. This RV should not sit idle. We want others to enjoy the RV experience and will purchase another when family medical issues settle down.
