Description

Our fully loaded and extremely clean 2017 32 Ft Jayco Greyhawk is for sale. Whether youâre planning a trip to one of the three National Parks - Mt. Rainer, Olympic or the North Cascades in the summer to explore the outdoors or in the winter to hit the slopes, weâve got you covered. Two queen sized beds: One in the private back bedroom with TV, and one up above the cab in a TV as well. The table and sofa also fold down into beds. These each sleep two children easily. Will fit adults as well up to about 5' 9\'. Amenities for the family; fully self-contained with all appliances, generator, power awning, and all the other goodies. We purchased this RV early 2018 from a couple that moved here from Ohio. Long story short. We have loved this RV for our family of 4, kids are 5 and 7. We have had countless family trips to the western side of the US. We also rent the RV on a site called RV Share. We were sceptical at first at renting out "our baby" but it has actually gone very well. The site works well and the company is great to work with. The renters have to buy insurance through the site and it is very good. Our hope initially was to just make enought rental money to break even on payments and insurance. However, it has turned out to be a full extra income! We have grossed about 14-20k a year from rentals! This has paid for every monthly payment, annual insurance payment, all maintinence costs, plus every thing we have every invested in the RV for supplies and also pays for all of our expenses on our trips! When we travel we use a debit card that takes money directly from the rental account so all food, site fees, gas, etc just come right out of that account! It has worked very well! I have included a link below to our rental listing so you can review that. I understand that renting is not for everyone, but for us it has given us the ability to own a very nice RV with essentially zero cost.https://rvshare.com/rvs/details/1110435We have decided that we do need to sell unfortunatly. We have some health issues in the family and its just not the right time for us to keep up with the RV lifestyle and the rentals. Would love it to go to a great home! NADA is 89.5k for "average" so I listed it at a well below that that even though its an above average RV. There is an issue with the front radio, I recently had it in the shop for this and know the fix that needs to happen. RV is going to go quick! We need it gone! Make me an offer!
