In the pictures you will see a detailed list of this rigs specs which should answer most of your questions. Everything EVERYTHING in this rig works and works like new. This rig is strong, powerful with a smooth quiet ride while climbing those hills at 80! NO RATTLES, heck, it's not even broken in! Easy set up with the help of a great Auto Levelor System that makes it easy. Awnings over all windows that are encased. A big electric awning as well. There is wear on the slider awnings.

Tires have lots of tread left on them and look new, however they are the original and will need replacement soon. We have all the manuals and instructions. The rig has been stored in an RV bay, but does show a bit of sun damage on the front of the rig where the sun has hit it. A few other minor issues but nothing that dates it or decreases it's value. Presently the rig is stored in another city, unfortunately we do not have access to it for current pictures. CURRENT PICTURES COMING SOON!!! This is not a distress sale, that's why we purchased the year long ad. Truth is we are older now and simply don't use it enough to keep it.
