- Phoenix cruiser is a higher end reputable builder. RV parts and components can have known issues that owners figure out after a few years. Every annoying little thing that can go wrong with this specific RV have been repaired/maintained. Join the phoenix cruiser facebook group and look-- door lock latch (replaced latch parts), leaky macerator hose (replaced), tire stem extensions leak (bolt on rigid tire extensions installed work with TPMS , rear cap and running light leaks all repaired and tested (see the $3k pressurized test notes above. I cleaned and lap sealed the roof—all those seals passed pressurized test), buffing and waxing the exterior for months bit by bit. She’s looking pretty darned good if I say so myself. motorhome of this brand, year, miles and size with confidence of no known leaks and maintenance and repair up to date. The only known upcoming maintenance - replace the propane/CO2 alarm. Will begin beeping at expiration date this year. GREAT example of the future headaches you will avoid b/c I have paid attention (again checkout FB group).
