This is a meticulously maintained unit and a one owner unit. This unit is a highly sought after 31 foot with a completely open floor plan and living space. The carpet on the stairs and bedroom are still covered with original plastic from when we purchased it and has always been covered with carpet runners so it's like brand new. This unit comes with a rolling Island that can be used for storage as well as a buffet when you have company over for dinner. Bathroom is separate from bedroom completely with a Jack and Jill entrance making it very comfortable when guests are present. Washer/Dryer prepped. Brand new tires with only 15 miles on them. brakes are in good shape and have been replaced as well as bearings, seats. races etc.Unit is washer before travel and washer upon return then covered. Has been covered since purchased. No decal issues at all. Waxed and maintained on a regular basis. Never had a mechanical breakdown. The only issue we ever had was leveling system stopping and starting. Upgraded to 80amp breaker and issue resolved. (known issue with Lippert). Upgraded to 2 6 volt batteries. Roof has been very well maintained as well as all the vents, covers, skylights on a regular basis. There are no known issues with this unit.
