Everything you need! Since I bought my Ascape from the dealer brand New in Sept 2018, I have camped in this trailer comfortably in -40F weather in Michigan and 110F weather in Arizona. The heater and AC are both more than adequate to stand the temps mother nature throws at it. Often I camped at sites without available power or water hookups due to location or lack of availability. The solar and LP tanks handle everything but the TV, AC and the Microwave but I keep a solar Generator for those Items when electricity is scarce. As far as lightweight campers go this one is the perfect because you can pull it behind basically anything due to its 1690lb light weight nature and many vehicles having a 2,000 tow capacity. I originally pulled through the mountains behind my Hyundai Santa Fe which had a 2000lb tow limit with no problems and now I pull it behind a Nissan Pathfinder with a tow package of 5000lb. I don't even notice its hooked up.
