Description

This is it: The amenity-rich rig that can fit the whole family! This is the coach the owner's family of 7 lived in during an out-of-state move and house hunting during the summer of 2021, all the while working remotely full-time with heavy mobile internet needs. So it's the real deal as far as suiting a full family's needs for a road trip. Sportscoach was a high quality independent brand that got bought up by Forest River/Coachmen. This is one of the rare units with bunk beds which boosts sleeping capacity up to 10. Functional, practical living space with plenty of well-thought-out storage.Technology: total of four TV screens each with HDMI input and remotes. Main large screen is a smart TV with DVD/Blueray player. A Pepwave business-class cellular modem/router provides cellular-backed wifi internet using a high-powered, roof-mounted antenna for maximum reception in remote areas (also boosts cellular reception inside the coach). Leather-like material on all couches is soft, comfortable and easy to clean. True ceramic tile floor is also very kid- and pet friendly. Front seats swivel around to double as stationary seating space for gatherings or meals.Tankless water heater means the whole crew can take back-to-back showers without running out of hot water.Well thought out freshwater and gray/black water system including built-in shower head for rinsing the sewer hose (can also use for muddy boots).Outlets under both sides of the king bed in case you need to bring your CPAP. Under mattress storage.Huge "basement" storage under the coach accessible from both sides.Backup camera plus side-view cameras activated by turn signals.Diesel generator consumes from same diesel tank as main engine.Brand new TPO roof for upgraded thermal efficiency and repairability (recommend researching EPDM vs TPO). New front steer tires w/greater weight capacity than stock. Brand-new hydraulic pump and two hydraulic valves. Both AC units are 15K (upgraded from 13.5K), one new as of July 2021.Still troubleshooting last bubbles out of the system; left rear jack sometimes drifts out of "up" position; right rear jack pad is bent from missing a concrete pad by 2". Diamond Shield protection. Washer/dryer of good brand but unknown how well they work; rather loud during operation. All four coach batteries replaced about a year ago, topped with distilled water.Black tank sensor stuck at 2/3 full; still working on loosening that up. Scratches on passenger side.
