This fifth wheel has been well maintained and has no issues with the electrical, plumbing, HVAC or appliances nor has it been smoked in. Unit has under 5,000 travel miles and has lived in covered storage. Key standard and extra options included: 8 cu ft fridge, 10 gallon gas/electric hot water heater, solid kitchen countertop, 800 watt microwave gas range/oven. 50 amp service with 13.5 & 15K ducted a/c, 35K BTU furnace. Rear entertainment center with 43" Samsung Smart TV, electric fireplace and a new (Jan '22) 5.1, 200 watt am/fm/BT/CD/DVD stereo with two additional speakers in bedroom and two exterior speakers also. There are washer/dryer hookups and two propane tanks. Living room has 2 Lazy Boy rocker/recliners and there's a sleeper sofa with new mattress (Jan '22).
