Very comfortable, queen bedroom, lots of storage, large wardrobes, sofa opens for more sleeping space. Dinette booth allows more sleeping space. Full kitchen with microwave oven and 3 burner stove and oven, refrigerator, split sink. Lots of cabinets and under storage. Has a built-in generator for Boon docking in comfort, Not sure if generator works, I never used it. Cable ready. I am not very knowledgeable about the motor/engine terminology, but I do have all the paperwork that came with the RV and was told that it has the better chassis?? I bought the RV for temporary housing, and it's been great. I've lived in it full-time for 4 months. Very clean and very comfortable. The RV is gas operated and has a 20-gallon propane tank for heat/hot water. I am willing to reduce $1000 to go towards an oil change and tune up. Beautiful RV in good condition.
