The only reason we are selling is because we bought a 45 ft Diesel pusher see picture. There is no other 38 FT Georgetown out there with this upgraded suspension. If you have driven other gas coachs in the wind or just down the highway you know the sway problem but not on this coach! You must come and drive this one and you will immediately notice the superior ride. BRAND NEW UPGRADED COACH BATTERIES! This is a one owner beautiful 2020 Georgetown that has never been smoked in has a King bed with memory foam topper a bath and a half and Theater Seating that has heat and massaging recliners and has so many upgrades you won't find another like it. To start the front tires have Tyron bands installed to protect you and your loved ones against blowouts and allows you to stay in control of the motorhome at any speed if a blowout should happen. The suspension has industry leading Koni 2 valve shocks that smooth out the road like no other shocks. Then I replaced the front swaybar with a Roadmaster engineered and road tested antisway bar and added another swaybar to the rear making the stability and safety of this coach 100 times safer. Next I added a Roadmaster steering stabilizer because safety should never be compromised. All 3 exhaust vents were the cheap ones so I replaced them with the most expensive MAXXFAN Low profile rainproof vents with remotes I could find. We had the coach treated inside and out with MAXXGARD protective coatings. We mounted a Dish tailgater satellite to the roof (to all 3 TV's) for hassle free tv anywhere we go in the US. JBL speakers were added up front for much better driver and passenger music enjoyment and clarity for phone calls. Has Washer Dryer hookups. Lot's of storage underneath (191cu ft) and inside. In the roomy shower I added an adjustable height slider for the wife since I am 6 ft and she is 5 ft. Since we like everyone prefer the quietest ride possible I removed the doghouse engine cover and installed the highest quality sound & thermal insulation I could find then I added sound deadening spray to the underbody under driver and passenger. We love this coach and have put thousands of dollars in upgrades so don't pass this deal up as it will go fast.
