Well cared for, needs a new home only because our family (7) outgrew it.

Has some minor damage around rear steps, outside bathroom door. Nothing structural, just a bent step bracket and rear panel from backing into a rock. 

Inside is in great shape, very comfortable. Comes with gel foam mattress in main, smart tv, cushion covers etc. 

All reasonable offers considered, need to sell and get into something larger.
