Hi, I have enjoyed owning this toy hauler. It comes with everything you would want and more. It would make a great lake home and when the season changes you could take it on the road. This toy hauler is so special because it has a porch on it. I have a third air conditioner which is in the living room which was 2,000. I put in two extra-long twin beds with adjustable bases that can be operated separately together as a king that was 2,000. My reason for selling is I am buying a house in AZ.
