I've been a good traveler for my current peeps but now need to find a new home. I have traveled to FL, GA, VA, MS, TX, NM, AZ and TN. I am 30 ft long and can pull a Honda Accord while climbing mountains to 7,000 feet and a Jeep Cherokee over the Smoky Mountains! I've got a steering wheel antisway control and don't hardly notice when I'm being passed by those big tractor-trailers. I can keep you warm in 25 degrees (Alpine, TX in February) and cold at 100 degrees (Richmond, VA in July). My current family are non-smokers who have 1 cat. They've provided me with maintenance every year (winterizing, checking that everything works and replacing/repairing as needed.) Most recently they've replaced the carbon monoxide/lp detector. A small leak in the cab bunk area was repaired immediately by the nice guys at Onward RV here in TN. I got new tires in July 2018 and my last oil change was in November 2019 at 36,000 miles. My microwave oven was replaced with a micro-convection oven and a drawer was installed for easier access to the storage area under one of my banquet seats. The tiny double sink was replaced with a nice single sink so they can actually wash dishes! I get to keep my special bed sheets as well as the outside windshield cover they got for me. I even have the little slider awning that keeps water and debris from getting on the top of my slider. I have a rear-view camera, lots of storage and even have 2 TVs! My decorative decals on the passenger side don't like the southern sun and have cracked a bit but it's not too bad. Other stats: 6 gal hot water heater (electric or propane); fridge is electric or propane; generator; 3 burner stove; gray water tank 32 gals; black water tank 26 gals; propane 9.6 gals. I have a 55 gallon fuel tank; generator is gas fired from fuel tank; disc brakes front & rear; 5 speed automatic tranny; towing capacity 5000 lbs; 8.25 ft wide; 11 ft exterior hgt; 6.8 ft interior hgt; Additional item for sale: Playmaker satellite dish & receiver for $190
