Excellent condition. No issues. Still has 54 months on $15,000 extended warranty that was purchased when RV was new. Warranty is transferable. Kept 100% of the time in garage built to house the RV. Only selling because business partner died recently and we need to liquidate some assets. Only modification done was to add LED lights under the coach which look really nice . This RV drives and handles very well and has more pep than our previous RV which was a Winnebago Tour.
